Who we are

SuperIntelAgents is based in Austin, Texas. Contact us through the brief form.

What we collect

  • Mission briefs: your name, work email, and whatever you tell us about your objective, business, tools and timing.
  • Clearance requests: your work email, so we can send the code that opens the rate card. We then send up to three follow-up emails over the next week. Each has a one-click unsubscribe, and sending us a brief stops them.
  • How you found us: the page you submitted from and any campaign tag in the link.
  • Basic server logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and protect the site.

The dial and brief builder on the homepage run in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us unless you choose to carry it into the mission form and submit it. Once you enter a clearance code, the site sets one cookie that remembers it for 30 days. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics tags.

How we use it

To reply to your brief and, if you become a client, to scope and deliver the work. We don’t sell your information and we don’t add you to a marketing list because you sent a brief.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and our internal contact database.

Your choices

Use the brief form to ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We act on every request regardless of where you live.

Retention

We keep mission briefs while we are in conversation with you and delete them on request.

Client work

Data we handle while delivering a pilot is covered by the written agreement for that pilot, not by this website policy.
